     PG Students:
  • 1. “PG Resident / Student” cannot register online as HOD certificate is mandatory. They must submit a letter of authentication from their Head of Department along with the completed registration form.
  • 2. Welcome Dinner & Banquet separately charged at Rs. 1000/- each for PG Students.

  • No Separate Charges for Live Operative Workshop

  • Registration Charges include:
    •  Conference Registration.
    •  Breakfast and Lunch on Friday , Saturday , and Sunday.
    •  Dinner on Friday and Banquet on Saturday.
    •  Conference Kit.
    •  Entry to exhibition area.
    •  Accompanying person entitled to get items no. 2, 3 & 5 mentioned in points.

      1.Registration should be made on the Prescribed Form or Photo Copy or Online. Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to all delegates. This letter will show your registration number & payment details. The original acknowledgment letter & photo ID must be produced at registration counter at the venue. In exchange of this letter , the receipt of payment, meal coupons, banquet coupon, kit coupon etc. will be given.

  • 2.Charges should be remitted by:
    •   Cheque 'at par' / DD in the Name of MASICON2014 Payable at Thane
    •   Net banking.
    •  Online payment facility: Delegates can register for the C.M.E. and Conference online on www.masicon2014.com online charges as applicable.

  • 3.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    •   All requests for cancellation of registration and accommodation must be sent in writing & must be accompanied by the original to the conference secretariat.
    •   Deduction of the charges will be as follows:
      • Cancellation on or before 15 Sep. 2013 - 25% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted
      • Cancellation on or before 15 Dec. 2013 - 50% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted
      • Cancellation after 15 Dec. 2013 - 100% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted
    •   Refunds will be made within 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only

  • 4.Second surgeon cannot be accompanying person.
